If that weren’t enough; the fixture can be operated on 28.8v DC battery power for instances where conventional A/C supply is problematic or non-existent.
Unlike HMI fixtures, the JAB generates no heat and no harmful UV or IR emissions – an important safety consideration for both talent and crew. The fixture is self-contained with an auto-ranging universal power supply requiring no heavy, expensive ballast, head cables or replacement lamps. As with all AAdynTech fixtures; instant ‘ON’ ensures no warm-up wait time on set – ever. Optical efficiency provides a single light source effectively eliminating multiple shadows. The Daylight comes equipped with four quick change hard gel lenses to vary the beam angle; very narrow, narrow, medium or flood while maintaining a flat, even field.
